Savannah is a wonderful city with a great variety of historical places. The city attracts everyone by its marvelous beauty. Here you will enjoy many picturesque parks and gardens, old architectural buildings and others. From all over the country Savannah separated its location: the city is surrounded by pine forests, swamps, oceans. The city was founded in 1733 by James Ogltornom, an ardent opponent of slavery. But as the arrival of settlers in these places in North Carolina, grew up plantations, which used slave labor. Savannah has become a major export center of the state: by train from here have been supplying cotton to the south of the country. Large role in the life of the city played river: here, the port harbor came slaves on ships, later released and received allotments on the famous decree of Sherman's "Field Order". The main attraction of the city is Ostrich Farm, "Savannah" is engaged in cultivation and sale of African ostriches. The farm is located in the village of Bet in southern Ukraine, in the very center of the village on the banks of the two rates, from which the village got its name. The city has a great number of fantastic attractions which are worth visiting. Enjoy elegant restaurants which serve delicious national and international cuisine, marvelous cafes, cozy bars.
