The best time to visit the markets - in the early morning and evening, when they sell their goods at auction to the public. The city has also cultural life. There is Marrakech Museum, which is worth visiting. It contains exhibitions of Moroccan art and sculpture, both traditional and modern. There is also a well-known small bookstore and cafe, located in the courtyard. There is one more fantastic place, Medina. This is the place where you will find most of the cafes, bistros and restaurants in the French style and in fact all the bars. Also a great selection of food you will find in cheap restaurants and cafes in the marketplace, offering traditional cuisine. There is wonderful Bab Agnaou city gate, marvelous Agdal Gardens, charming Menara gardens, mysterious Madrassa Ben Yusef and others.
